Rose K. has over 25 years of work experience. Rose began their career in 1995 at French Gerleman as a Contractor – ERP - Data Analyst / EDI Administrator, where they were responsible for understanding business needs and gathering necessary required data to analyze, design, develop, test, train and deploy business solutions. Rose also served as a technical expert in the evaluation and testing of the capabilities, characteristics, and requirements of existing and emerging BI technologies. Additionally, they developed customized reports using Hyperion/Brio for various departments and monitored data entry to ensure quality assurance. Rose K. also served as an EDI Administrator, responsible for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and process management. In 2020, they began working at DPI Information Services, Inc. as a Tier 2 Support Analyst and Tier 1 Support Analyst. Currently, they are a Support Business Consultant at NSA Computer Exchange Corp.

Rose K. received their BBA in Marketing/Business from the University of Iowa between 1981 and 1986. Rose also obtained a Certification in Microcomputes from Kirkwood Community College between 1982 and 1984. In 1999 and 2000, they obtained a Certification in Microsoft from Saint Louis Community College. In 2020, they obtained two additional Certifications from LinkedIn: "Banish Your Inner Critic to Unleash Creativity" and "Persuading Others".
