Alan Goris

Alan Goris has a diverse work experience in finance and operations management. Alan started their career as a Manager of Reporting & Analysis at Joy Global Inc., where they led a team and managed financial reporting for the company. After that, they worked at Prologis, initially as Vice President of Finance for the ProLogis European Properties Fund, where they oversaw finance operations and managed a team of accountants. Alan was later promoted to Vice President of FP&A, where they supervised FP&A teams in multiple countries. Goris then joined CoreSite as an Independent Contractor, where they contributed to an IPO by valuing the business and implementing Hyperion applications for reporting and forecasting. Alan later transitioned to R E Management Inc, serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations, overseeing property management, lender relationships, and the implementation of a new software system. Most recently, Goris joined National Storage Affiliates as Vice President of Financial Planning and Business Intelligence, where they manage budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, while also supervising a data science group.
