Amber D. is an experienced professional in customer experience and service management, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience at National Storage Affiliates since October 2021. Previously, Amber held the position of Director of Customer Service at HelloTech Inc. from November 2020 to June 2021, and served as Senior Director at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. from March 2013 to May 2014.
