Amy Martyn

Amy Martyn currently serves as the Director of Accounting & Reporting at Nscale, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held several key positions at Xero, including GM External Reporting and Head of External Reporting Initiatives, from February 2022 to August 2024. Amy also contributed as Director and Treasurer at Thumbs Up Charitable Trust from June 2023 to January 2024, supporting the organization’s mission. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager and Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY from April 2018 to February 2022, as well as a role as EMEA Other Bets Entity Controller at Google in 2017. Academically, Amy is an ACA from Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
