LJ Holmes is currently the Executive Director of Advanced Manufacturing, Research, and Engineering at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. They have served as the Director of Government Relations at nScrypt Inc. since 2018 and as Chief Engineer at ASTRO America since 2020, where they focus on advanced production technologies for defense projects. LJ was previously the Lead of the Hybrid Manufacturing Team at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory and also held roles related to additive manufacturing and composite processing. They earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
