Lore Willems

Lore Willems is an experienced gebarendocent with a strong background in teaching Dutch Sign Language (NGT) and Nederlandse gebarentaal. From October 2013 to January 2016, Lore worked as a voluntary docent at Stichting Welzijn Doven Rotterdam, focusing on Dutch and NGT instruction for a group of deaf immigrants. Since February 2016, Lore has been providing NmG lessons to parents and family members of deaf or hard-of-hearing children at NSDSK. Additional experience includes roles at various educational institutions, where Lore taught NGT, and freelance teaching for diverse organizations such as Audiologisch Centrum Brabant and Kentalis Academie. Lore holds degrees from Hogeschool van Utrecht in Docent Nederlandse Gebarentaal and a minor in teaching specific target groups, alongside training in photography from Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht.
