Mathieu Forget has a diverse work experience spanning over 23 years. Mathieu started as an Assistant Marketing at Compaq in 1996 and then worked as an Account Manager at HP from 1997 to 2000. Mathieu later joined Sony Electronics, where they served as an Account Manager and then as a Product Marketing Manager for the Semiconductor division. In 2004, Mathieu joined ATMEL as a Senior Product Marketer, responsible for mixed signal ASIC, CMOS image sensors, and biometric sensors. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Freescale Semiconductor as the EMEA Product Manager and Business Developer, focusing on MEMS and Touch Sensors. Mathieu then joined Ziehl-Abegg France in 2011 as a Global Product Manager and Business Developer, overlooking the medium pressure industrial fans. From 2015 to 2019, Mathieu served as a Key Account Manager at Honeywell Sensing and Productivity Solutions, focusing on business development for aerospace, defense, and medical markets. Currently, they work as the Head of Development of International Subsidiaries at NSE groupe, responsible for coordinating business units, offset business management, and overseeing the development of subsidiaries in Brazil, India, Canada, and Morocco.

Mathieu Forget completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1989 to 1994, they attended EFREI - Grande école du numérique, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Electronics. Following this, they enrolled at emlyon business school from 1996 to 1997, obtaining an MSc in Management with a focus on International Marketing & Finance.
