David Reid is currently the Head of Digital Assurance at NS&I, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Digital Product Manager and Senior Digital Product Manager at the Care Quality Commission from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) from 2006 to 2015 in various roles, including Telephony Manager and Digital Delivery Manager. David earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Science from the University of Sunderland between 2001 and 2005.
