Keith Adam is an experienced project assurance manager currently at NS&I since August 2021. Previously, at Lloyds Banking Group from March 2009 to August 2014, Keith held multiple roles, including lead project manager for various key programmes focused on market intelligence and brand alignment, as well as leading the development of the target operating model for the Retail Banking branch network. Earlier in their career, at Lloyds TSB Scotland from April 1997 to June 2009, Keith managed significant change programmes and transformation initiatives in wholesale banking and business banking. Keith's educational background includes a fellowship in banking from the Chartered Bankers Institute in 2004.
