Proncey Robertson has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1986, they served in the United States Air Force as a Sgt. until 1990. Following that, they worked as a Police Officer for the Russellville Police Department in Arkansas from 1991 to 1994. Proncey then joined the City of Decatur in Alabama and served as a Lieutenant until their retirement in 2018. In the same year, they became a State Representative for the Alabama State House of Representatives. Later in 2018, they joined nSide - The School Safety Platform as the Director of Government Outreach and Training.
Proncey Robertson received State Certification in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Alabama Police Academy in 1994 and from the Arkansas Police Academy in 1992. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Susan Moore High School from 1983 to 1986.
