Dave Soeldner has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, having held various roles since 2001. Notable positions include Project Engineer at Yaggy Colby, Applied Technologies, and Capitol Survey and Engineering, as well as Design Engineer at Rice Engineering. Soeldner also served as Alderman for District 8 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, from 2008 to 2018. Since 2016, Soeldner has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Tutor in Statistics at Concordia University-Wisconsin. Additionally, ownership of Eastpoint Engineering Group involved providing civil engineering services in eastern Wisconsin.
