Caroline Appleton is currently the Head of Individual Supporters at NSPCC, where they are a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing income generation strategies and managing a team of 40 to raise £50 million annually from public supporters. Previously, they served as the Supporter Retention & Development Manager at Plan UK and held various roles in organizations like NDCS and WWF-UK, where they led initiatives to innovate and grow fundraising efforts. Caroline also has experience in direct marketing and supporter recruitment, having worked with Children in Crisis UK and Plan International UK. They are now the Senior Fundraising Director at Campaign Against Living Miserably, showcasing a strong commitment to philanthropic leadership throughout their career.
