Malay Shukla

Malay Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and startup incubation. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at NSRCEL since August 2023, Malay leads the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program. Previously, as Interim Chief Executive Officer at AIC GUSEC, and Vice President at GUSEC from August 2016 to July 2023, Malay played a pivotal role in incubation, startup support, and policy development. An earlier position as Associate Vice President also focused on ecosystem outreach and program implementation. Malay began the career path as an IT-HR Executive and Administrator at Radiant Softtech & Engineers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
