Jeff Joyce

Jeff Joyce has a range of work experience in the financial and banking industry. Jeff started their career as a Senior Accountant at Crowe Horwath LLP in 1992, where they worked until 1997. During this time, they also served as an Accounting Adjunct Faculty at IUPUI. Jeff then joined Heartland Community Bank in 1997 as a CFO, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as the President at Cross Financial Services. In 2017, they joined Elements Financial Federal Credit Union as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Jeff is working as the Chief Financial Officer at North Salem State Bank since 2023.

Jeff Joyce attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jeff later pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Banking at the Graduate School of Banking.
