Tom Rogers

Tom Rogers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. As the Director and Co-Founder of NSTR since June 2017, Tom has driven growth in core divisions while expanding into new areas, specifically leading the Corporate Finance and Advisory desk. In addition, Tom serves as Director at NSTR Renewables from September 2021 and holds an investor and shareholder position at KnoWho since April 2019. Prior to these ventures, Tom held the position of Associate Director in Professional Services and Business Manager at Stark Brooks from July 2011 to June 2017, and started the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters from 2005 to 2007.
