Alex Share

Alex Share, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NT Power since May 2023. Previously, Alex held various managerial roles at the Ontario Energy Board from January 2018 to May 2023, including Manager of Generation & Transmission, Manager of Incentive Rate-Setting & Regulatory Accounting, and Senior Advisor for both Strategic Policy and Incentive Rate-Setting & Regulatory Accounting. Prior to that, Alex worked as the Financial Controller at iFabric Corp. from May 2012 to January 2018. Alex holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a Professional Certificate in Accounting from York University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Economics from York University.
