Vance Carden

Vance Carden is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and government contracting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at NTA, Inc. since February 2025, Vance has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Contracting and Senior Director of Contracts at Sigmatech from August 2023 to October 2024, as well as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial Strategy at Canvas, Inc. between September 2020 and June 2023. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Lojix Software, LLC, where Vance contributed to the Lojix ERP development team, and as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Canvas, Inc. Vance holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
