Lance Taylor, MBA, is a Senior Project Manager at Ntara, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management and IT. They previously served as a Technical Project Manager and Software Implementation Consultant at TEDS, INC., where they led significant improvements in talent management software implementations. Earlier, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Information Technology Project Manager, managing large teams and overseeing enterprise-wide software rollouts.
