Samara Bolling has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Samara began their career at Hamilton County Herald as an Assistant Editor from 2007 to 2009. Samara then worked as a PR and Marketing Manager at Positive Approach Group from 2010 to 2011, followed by a role as a Graduate Assistant at East Tennessee State University's Alumni Association from 2010 to 2011. Samara then joined Eastman Chemical Company, where they served as a Marketing Communications LSE from 2011 to 2012 and later as a Marketing Communications Rep from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Samara joined Ntara as a Traffic Manager for a brief period of time. Samara quickly progressed within the company, assuming the role of Director, Integrated Marketing & Insights from 2016 to 2018. In this position, they led a team of marketers and conducted primary research to identify target audience behavior and develop digital marketing strategies. Samara then became the VP, Strategic Services at Ntara from 2018 to 2021, where they were involved in research, strategy, UX design, and managed digital services.

Currently, Samara is working at Ntara as the Director of Marketing, a position they have held since July 2021. Samara'sresponsibilities include managing the brand and inbound marketing, educating the target audience about digital transformation, and demonstrating how Ntara's services can accelerate product time-to-market.

Additionally, Samara has also established their own consulting company called Samara Bolling Communications, where they work as a Brand & communications consultant. In this role, they help small businesses define their brand and marketing strategies, specializing in qualitative research and persona-driven content strategy. This consultancy role began in July 2021 and is expected to continue until March 2023, working with companies of all sizes, including for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Samara Bolling completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from East Tennessee State University in 1998. Samara later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Professional Communication from the same university in 2010.
