John Papaleo

John Papaleo is an experienced Windows System Engineer currently at NT Concepts since October 2021, with a diverse background in IT and firefighting. Prior roles include Tier III System Administrator at Apex Systems, where responsibilities included managing communication capabilities for the US military, and Systems Engineer at Blue Canopy Group, LLC, focusing on SOC monitoring software and maintaining physical and virtual environments. Additionally, John has served as a Firefighter with the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company since July 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts from Northern Virginia Community College.
