Luiz Naves has worked in various roles in the software development and business analysis industry since 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Operador de Câmbio at GRUPO GLOBAL EXCHANGE. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Frontend Developer at Indra, developing a website in Joomla. Luiz also worked as a Web Designer at Grande Oriente do Brasil, creating websites and hotpages for the headquarters and state branches, and was responsible for the national standardization of the company. In 2016, they worked as a Test Analyst and Client Support at R2 Produções, testing a mobile application, and providing client support. In 2017, they worked as a Frontend Developer at SONDA, developing systems and Angular Components. In 2018, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Cast group, developing Angular/Sharepoint webparts and components. In 2020, they worked as a Frontend Developer at ília, maintaining a web application in AngularJS and developing new web and mobile views for a PWA app. In 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst and Senior Frontend Developer at NTConsult, writing User Stories, translating a legacy system, creating new features, and managing a 3-4 person team.

Luiz Naves completed a Technic Web and Graphics Design degree from Versatil Informatic in 2014, with a field of study in Tecnologia da Informação. Luiz is currently pursuing an IT Management degree from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, with a field of study in Information Technology.
