Jennifer Mitchell began their career in 2006 as a WMU Student Administrative Assistant for Auxiliary Enterprises. In 2009, they became an Office Manager for Banfield, The Pet Hospital. In 2012, they interned as an Account Coordinator at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. From 2013-2018, they were an Assistant Digital Account Manager and Digital Account Executive at Commonwealth - a McCann Worldgroup company. From 2014-2018, they were an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive at GTB. In 2018, they became an Assistant Brand Manager Marketing at Ford Motor Company. In 2022, they became a Brand Manager at Ford Pro and a Senior Director of Content Development at NTEA - The Association for the Work Truck Industry.
Jennifer Mitchell attended Western Michigan University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Business Administration degree in Advertising and Promotion, as well as a BBA in the same field.
