Sergey Martynov

Sergey Martynov has a diverse background in the tech industry, starting their career as an Algorithmist-Programmer at Sound Genetics, Inc. in 2005. Sergey then worked at various companies and held different positions, including being a Team Leader at Newmedia Stars, CTO at Notamedia, and Head of Email Service at Mail.Ru, where they were responsible for the development and improvement of their email service. Sergey also served as the Deputy Director of the Department of e-government at the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, where they played a crucial role in building electronic government services.
