Brian O'Neil

Brian O'Neil is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at NTELOS, a position held since 2011. They previously served as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at IPCS from 2008 to 2010, and held senior legal roles at Accenture between 2001 and 2008, focusing on corporate governance and international securities reporting. Prior to that, Brian was a Principal at Schwartz Cooper Chartered from 1994 to 2001 and practiced law at Chapman and Cutler LLP from 1986 to 1994. They earned a BA in Accounting, Business, and Political Science from Augustana College and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
