Rob Quartel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maritime reindustrialization, logistics, and public policy. As Co-Founder of STEALTH Maritime Reindustrialization Company since March 2024 and Director/Board Member at Navanti Group since June 2020, Rob Quartel has demonstrated leadership in innovative ventures. Rob Quartel founded NTELX in December 1999, evolving it from a freight collaboration platform to a specialist in homeland security and trade logistics.
