Rob Quartel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maritime reindustrialization, logistics, and public policy. As Co-Founder of STEALTH Maritime Reindustrialization Company since March 2024 and Director/Board Member at Navanti Group since June 2020, Rob Quartel has demonstrated leadership in innovative ventures. Rob Quartel founded NTELX in December 1999, evolving it from a freight collaboration platform to a specialist in homeland security and trade logistics. Rob Quartel is also a long-time member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a former President of both the Jones Act Reform Coalition and the US Shipbuilding Consortium, and served as a Commissioner at the US Federal Maritime Commission. Rob Quartel's political background includes a candidacy for the Republican nomination for US Senate in Florida. Academic credentials include an MPPM from Yale School of Management and a BA in Estuarine Biology and Environmental Science from Rice University.
