Peyton Diotalevi

Peyton Diotalevi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in federal sector labor law and employment-related litigation. Currently serving as National Counsel for the National Treasury Employees Union since September 2010, Peyton previously held the role of Assistant Counsel and National Field Representative. Peyton's experience includes serving as Assistant Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, where responsibilities involved complex federal employment cases before the Federal Labor Relations Authority and the United States Courts of Appeals. Prior to this role, Peyton was an Associate at Paul Hastings, representing management in various employment law aspects and leading the Attorney Development Committee's Subcommittee. Additional experience includes positions as a paralegal at Levi Strauss & Co. and as an intern in the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange. Peyton holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hollins University.
