Thomas OKeefe has extensive experience in conflict management and mediation, currently serving as a Mediator/Facilitator at I&I Resolutions since July 2017 and as Principal at IIResolutions since 2011. The mission of I&I Resolutions focuses on equipping individuals and organizations in both public and private sectors with effective conflict management strategies. Additionally, since January 1993, Thomas OKeefe has held the position of President of the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU 138), utilizing interest-based problem solving and collaborative approaches to enhance communication and union effectiveness.
