Technology and Development Team

The Technology and Development Team at the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) focuses on enhancing digital infrastructure and facilitating technology-driven initiatives to support the union's mission. This includes the development and maintenance of software tools, implementation of e-learning platforms for training stewards and chapter leaders, and ensuring robust IT systems to streamline operations and communication across NTEU-represented workplaces. The team consists of the Head of Technology, who oversees strategic direction; Software Engineers, who develop and manage technical solutions; and Learning and Development Specialists, who design and implement educational programs.
