Steve Narad

Steve Narad is a dedicated Capture & Talent Acquisition Manager at Northern Technologies Group, where they oversee projects focused on Cyber Security, network engineering, and other IT positions in the federal sector and local government. With a background in the United States Air Force as a Weather Forecaster and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Presidential Weather, Steve provided critical meteorological support for various military operations. Prior to their current role, they gained extensive experience as a Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager, specializing in cleared positions for the Department of Defense across multiple organizations. Steve holds a degree from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.
