Cassi Benavides

Cassi Benavides, PHRca, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Benefits & HR Specialist at Nth Generation Computing since July 2021, Cassi manages medical and retirement benefit programs, oversees leaves of absence, and maintains the HRIS system. Previously, Cassi held roles at Balboa United, the University of California San Diego, and other organizations, focusing on employee benefits, recruiting, and cultivating positive workplace culture. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Indiana University Southeast and extended studies at UC San Diego.
