Bill Potts is a retired Network Architect with extensive experience in infrastructure project requirements analysis and IT systems management. Currently serving as a Security & IT Consultant at Ntiva, Inc., they provide CIO services and navigate the complexities of today's cybersecurity landscape. Their past roles include Senior Analyst at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they managed application analysts and implemented the firm’s first Windows NT network, as well as positions at SAGE Solutions Group and other consulting firms, where they focused on virtualization, project management, and IT support. Bill holds an Associates/Certificate in Electronics Technology from the Lowell Institute School at MIT.
