Paul West

Paul West is an accomplished director and founder of SKIPTA Consulting, a consultancy focused on people, leadership, and change, and serves as a GC Index Partner and faculty member at the NTL Institute. With extensive experience in management consultancy and organizational development, Paul has held significant roles including Managing Consultant at 4OC, Programme Director for NHS England, and Director of Corporate Services & Procurement at NHS Improvement, achieving remarkable savings in the NHS. Previously, Paul was a Change, Organisation Development & Design Specialist at BAE Systems, where contributions spanned multiple leadership roles, including head of programmes for Hybrid Bus Applications. Paul holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed various certifications in organisational development and leadership.
