Donna Newell

Donna Newell, PE, CFM, is the President and Owner of NTM Engineering, Inc. Donna previously worked as a Senior Associate at Erdman Anthony & Associates, Inc and as an Engineer at Gannett Fleming in the Dam and Flood Control Section. Donna holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
