Heather Sweitzer

Heather Sweitzer, CPSM, is the Marketing Manager at NTM Engineering, where they focus on proposal writing, media relations, and strategic marketing support. Previously, Heather served as the Manager of Marketing & Business Development at Dawood Engineering, Inc. and as a Fiscal Policy Specialist at Buchart Horn, Inc., contributing expertise in grant administration and economic development initiatives. Heather holds a BA in Political Science from Shippensburg University and a Graduate Certificate in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University. Additionally, they held leadership roles, such as Chair at the Cumberland County Planning Commission and President of the SMPS Central Pennsylvania Chapter.
