Josiah Newman

Josiah Newman, PE has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Penn State University. Josiah worked at Pennoni as an Associate Engineer, focusing on various projects including oil/natural gas, land development, and governmental/institutional projects. Prior to that, Josiah was a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University where Josiah conducted research on groundwater recharge. Currently, Josiah is an Engineer at NTM Engineering, specializing in stormwater management projects for transportation clients in Pennsylvania.
