Mark Bowen

Mark Bowen is a Senior Project Manager at NTM Engineering, specializing in water resource design, bridge design and inspection, engineering instruction, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, waterway permitting, stormwater design, permitting, and GIS. Mark is also a member of the Delaware Basin Regional Water Resource Committee, appointed by Governor Tom Wolf to assist with updating the State Water Plan. In the past, Mark served as the Chairman of the Board for the Pennsylvania Stormwater Technical Workgroup and worked as a Senior Ecological Engineer at Kleinschmidt Associates. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Project Manager at CMX. Mark received their education from the University of Delaware.
