Steven Baumgardner

Steven Baumgardner is an experienced Project Manager in the environmental field, with a background in managing and completing various environmental assessments and permitting projects for different companies. Steven has worked on NEPA submissions, wetland delineations, phase I environmental site assessments, and more for projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and other states. Steven's expertise and leadership skills have been demonstrated throughout their career, from their early days as a staff geologist to their current role at NTM Engineering as a Project Manager.
