Dharmender is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Trainee at NTPC Limited since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dharmender worked as a Senior Engineer at Mahindra Group from April 2022 to March 2023 and completed a project on "Experiments and Simulation of Adiabatic Shear Bending in Metals" during postgraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from January 2020 to July 2021. Dharmender holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, obtained in 2017, and a Master of Technology - MTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2021. Educational background also includes attendance at Resonance Eduventures Limited and BRJD PUBLIC SCHOOL in Churu, Rajasthan, as well as Modi Public School in Kota, Rajasthan.
