DMR Panda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as General Manager for Hydrogen, Quality Assurance, and Procurement & Supply at NTPC Limited since January 2008. DMR holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ and specializes in instructional design for training and quality consulting. Prior to the current role, DMR was a Coordinator at POWER HR FORUM from January 2003 to July 2018, and served as an O&M Engineer at NTPC Limited from October 1990 to December 1999, focusing on gas-based combined cycle power plant operations and maintenance.
