Kena Shree

Kena Shree is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of experience at NTPC Limited, currently serving as Deputy General Manager in Strategic HR focusing on Talent Acquisition. Kena has held various leadership roles, overseeing HR interventions, learning and development programs, and performance management across multiple power plants. As a visiting faculty member at IIM Lucknow, Kena contributes to Management Development Programmes and offers corporate training sessions across numerous organizations, including prominent PSUs and educational institutions. Kena is also actively involved in literary and cultural events as a speaker and storyteller, showcasing a commitment to fostering communication and creativity.
