KiRAN is a data-driven strategist with two decades of experience in energy utilities and infrastructure projects, currently serving as DGM for Plant O&M-Civil. With a strong background in planning, strategy, and compliance at NTPC Vindhyachal, KiRAN has enhanced operational performance and ensured high construction quality. Previously, KiRAN held various roles in structural design, project management, and quality assurance at NTPC and RITES Ltd. KiRAN earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a PGDIM in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
