KUMAR ADARSH

Kumar Adarsh holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has previously worked as a Young Professional at the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society, where they led initiatives for the PVTG and Ultra Poor communities. Currently, they are a CSR Executive at NTPC Limited's Singrauli Project, overseeing the design and implementation of CSR initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and employee training programs. Kumar is skilled in integrating sustainability within CSR strategies and actively contributes to brand building through impactful storytelling. Additionally, they are pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.
