Siva Kumar

Siva Kumar possesses extensive experience in the power generation sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at NTPC Limited since January 2017, overseeing the erection and commissioning of steam generator, turbine generator, and balance of plant control and instrumentation systems for a 2 X 800 MW supercritical thermal power project. Prior to this role, Siva Kumar was Senior Manager at NTPC Ltd, Simhadri Super Thermal Power Project from March 2012 to December 2016, where responsibilities included the commissioning of a 2 X 500 MW stage 2 thermal power project, focusing on steam generator and balance of plant systems. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in commissioning of stage 2 DCS systems between March 2009 and February 2012, working with MAX DNA DCS and Emerson Ovation DCS systems. Siva Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation from Acharya Nagarjuna University, completed between 1997 and 2001, and obtained an SSC from SERMH School.
