Vikas Dhale

Vikas Dhale is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Officer (HR) at NTPC Limited since November 2022, following roles as Sr. Assistant Officer (HR) and Executive Trainee (HR) at Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station and Talaipalli Coal Mining Project, respectively. Prior to NTPC, Vikas held the position of Sr. Manager - HRBP at SportsApp, where responsibilities included developing HR processes, talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee engagement activities. Vikas also worked as an HRBP at Rontgen Metalworking Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on recruitment and incentive structure design, and previously served as an Accounts Supervisor and in Industrial Relations at Larsen & Toubro. Vikas holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Delhi School of Management and a BBA in Management from KIT's-IMER, Shivaji University.
