Y Devashish has extensive experience in human resources and corporate planning, having worked at NTPC Limited from 2012 to 2014 and again from 2020 to 2021, holding various titles including Manager, Senior Manager, and Deputy General Manager in HR, as well as roles in Corporate Communication and Corporate Planning. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager (HR) at Nippon Audiotronix Ltd from June 2003 to August 2004. Y Devashish holds multiple degrees, including a PGDPM in Human Resource from Xavier Institute of Social Service, a B.Sc in Computer Application from St. Xavier's College, and both a certification in HR Competency Framework from XLRI - Xavier School of Management and a PhD from Ranchi University, emphasizing a strong academic background in human resources and business studies.
