Norbert Pek

Norbert Pek is an experienced freelance journalist, editor, and music curator, currently serving as the owner of De Beschrijving since February 2010. Since November 2017, Norbert has also worked as an editor for NTR, contributing to programs like Top 2000 a gogo. Additionally, Norbert has held a freelance editorial role with VPRO since 2003 and has been a music curator for Apple Music since February 2015. Co-founding Perfects.nl in March 2013, Norbert has been instrumental in promoting streaming music. Other notable roles include writing for VARA Gids and serving on cultural advisory committees for the municipalities of Utrecht and The Hague. Norbert's career also includes past editorial work with Nieuwe Revu and a master's degree in Applied Communication Science from the University of Twente.
