Beth Harvey

Beth Harvey currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Ntrepid LLC, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Harvey was the Director of People & Culture at IronNet Cybersecurity from April 2021 to December 2022 and held various human resources management positions at Jacobs, KeyW Corporation, Sycamore.US, the City of Hagerstown, DMC Electronics Recycling, and Hampton Inn Hotel. With extensive experience in HR administration, organizational development, compliance, and strategic planning, Harvey has successfully implemented various HR systems, integrated sizable workforces from multiple acquisitions, and developed initiatives that significantly reduced operational costs. Harvey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Frostburg State University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Garrett College.
