Dale Winger

Dale Winger is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and network administration. Currently serving as Systems Engineer III at Ntrepid since April 2010, Dale also works as an IT Consultant and Network Administrator for Hawkins Construction, Inc. since June 2009. Previous roles include Network Administrator and Systems Specialist at the Vaccine Research Institute of San Diego from July 2009 to June 2018, and IT Consultant positions at PRISM San Diego during two separate tenures from July 2009 to April 2017. Dale began a career in technology as a Research Technician at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center between January 1998 and June 2009. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Networking Systems, both from ITT Technical Institute.
