Matt Ricketts

Matt Ricketts has a strong background in real estate development and construction. Matt started their career in 1996 as a Project Manager at American Synthetic Rubber Corporation. In 2000, they joined NTS Development Company as a Project Manager, eventually moving up to Vice President of Development and Construction. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of NTS Development Company, leading the acquisition, zoning, development, construction, and sale of assets within the company's portfolio. Matt's leadership has played a significant role in the development and construction of various multi-million dollar real estate projects in the residential, multifamily, and commercial sectors.

Matt Ricketts graduated from St Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky in 1993. Matt then attended the University of Louisville from 1993 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Speed School of Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Business School. Their field of study for their Bachelor's degree was Civil Engineering, while their field of study for their Master's degree was Business Management.
