Arun Kumar J

Arun Kumar J is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving people strategy and HR transformation. Currently serving as an Associate Director at NTT DATA, Arun has held various roles, including Manager of HR People Insights & Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank and Deputy Manager of HR Operations at WNS Global Services. Arun also has a solid educational background, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, both at Annamalai University, in addition to post-diploma studies in plastic mould design. Prior to current positions, Arun worked as a Team Leader at Serco and a Process Leader at Firstsource.
